About Peanut Tennis
Peanut Tennis is a free tournament finder for competitive tennis players in Australia. The competitive tennis app that doesn't suck.
What Peanut does
It lists every upcoming Tennis Australia sanctioned tournament in every state and territory, and lets you filter by state, age group, ball colour, date and school holidays.
Each tournament has its own page with key dates, events and entry fees, the venue, places to stay and eat nearby, and last year's champions.
Once entries close, Peanut shows who has entered, ranked by UTR, so you can see the field before the draw is out.
- Find tournaments and filter them to your player.
- Browse by state, age group, month or school holidays.
- Read the guides on etiquette, rules without an umpire, player profiles and running teams.
- Get quick answers in the FAQ.
Why it exists
Peanut was built by a tennis parent who got sick of trawling through listings to work out what was on, who was in it, and whether the drive was worth it. So now it does that part for you.
The name comes from the peanut gallery: the cheap seats, where the comments come from. Ours are mostly about entry deadlines.
Who it is for
Anyone playing competitive tennis in Australia, at any age, and the coaches, team managers and club coordinators who organise them. Juniors use it most, but open, senior and AMT events are all here too.
Keeping it accurate
Peanut keeps the list current so you don't have to. Entries are always made on the official tournament page, which Peanut links to from every tournament. If something looks wrong, tell us. Organisers change things, and we'd rather know.
What it costs
Free. No account, no email, no password. Setting up a player profile is optional. See the privacy page for what it stores.
